First-line treatment is often a cream/gel with adapalene and/or benzoyl peroxide. For moderate acne, antibiotics (tetracycline) can be added. Severe acne may need isotretinoin from a dermatologist.

No, isotretinoin requires follow-up with blood tests and must be prescribed by a dermatologist. We can refer you if needed.

How does automatic renewal work?

If you have had acne for a while and use regular topical treatment, you can choose automatic renewal. The doctor sets an interval (typically 6 months) when the case is approved. On the due date we create a new case and notify you, and a doctor assesses you again before a new prescription. Courses of antibiotics are not renewed automatically beyond the recommended course length. You pay 379 NOK per renewal, only once the doctor has approved it, and you can cancel at any time in My page (Min Side). We do not store any card details.
