Our vision
LegeOnline.no was founded to make a qualified medical assessment easy and quick to get. We believe that easy access to a doctor and low-threshold treatment are key to better health.
Why LegeOnline?
Getting an appointment with a GP for an assessment, a prescription, a referral or a medical certificate can take time. Many people face long waiting times, and some have no regular GP at all.
With LegeOnline.no you get:

Our doctors
Every assessment is made by a doctor licensed in Norway. Our doctors follow the clinical guidelines of the Norwegian Institute of Public Health (FHI) and the Norwegian Directorate of Health, and make individual assessments based on your needs.
Quality and safety
We follow all relevant Norwegian laws and regulations for health services. Your health information is handled confidentially in line with the GDPR and Norwegian data protection law. All communication and data storage is encrypted.
Our services
We offer a wide range of health services online, including treatment of common conditions, medicine follow-up, medical certificates, travel vaccines, contraception and more. You can choose between a written consultation and a video consultation with a doctor.

LegeOnline.no is not an emergency service and does not replace your regular doctor when you need one. If you have urgent or serious symptoms, always contact the out-of-hours emergency clinic (legevakt, 116 117) or call 113.
