Answer a few questions
About your situation and any symptoms. You log in with BankID.

The test arrives by post
A doctor reviews your answers and orders the test. It is sent in a plain envelope with a prepaid return bag.

Take the sample and send it
A urine or swab sample takes a couple of minutes. Put it in the prepaid envelope and send it to the laboratory.

Results and treatment
The result appears on My page (Min Side). If the test is positive, the doctor contacts you, and treatment is included in the price.

- ✓ Mycoplasma – testing if you have symptoms, and treatment
- ✓ Extended STI package: HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B/C (blood test at Fürst or Helse Bergen)
- ✓ Partner treatment for chlamydia
- ✓ Advice on testing after unprotected sex
We can NOT help with
- ✗ Acute symptoms with severe pain – contact legevakt (116 117)
- ✗ Genital warts (condylomas) – separate service: Genital warts
- ✗ Genital herpes – a first outbreak should be assessed in person. Recurrence: Genital herpes (recurrence)
- ✗ HIV PrEP / PEP – contact your GP (fastlege) or a specialist clinic
