Responsibility for the information you give
- You are responsible for making sure the information you give about illness, symptoms and the period of absence is correct and complete. The doctor assesses the case based on what you tell us.
- Upload documentation where you have it (e.g. a report from a physiotherapist or other practitioner, a receipt from legevakt, a photo of an injury or rash) – it helps the doctor make a sound assessment. Both photos and PDF.
- We may call you to confirm or get more information before the certificate is issued. Please make sure the phone number you give is correct and that you are available.
